Who provides the tax-deduction receipt?

Cocatalyst provides the tax deduction receipt to the donor using our charitable entity. When your charity receives funds from Cocatalyst, it is from our 501(c)3 entity and not the donor directly. In short, do not issue your own tax receipt to the donor.
